An Outdoor Ellis Preserve Wedding
Ellis Preserve Wedding Day
Christine and Frank did not expect their wedding day to end up in the middle of a pandemic. With the help of their family and friends, however, they were able to pull together a beautiful day. Their day started with a Church ceremony and continued to an outdoor wedding reception at Ellis Preserve. Their reception was held outdoor underneath a tent on the Ellis Preserve’s grounds. With the tables beautifully decorate, you could hardly tell it was outside! Through many changes, Christine and Frank were still able to hold the wedding of their dreams.
Before the Ceremony
Christine and Frank got ready with the wedding party. Christine’s bridesmaids helped her get ready, and once she donned her gown, Christine’s father came in to see her for the first time. He smiled and said “oh my heavens, you look gorgeous!” Her father was especially happy to have Frank as part of the family as “the son he never had.”
The wedding party then made their way to a church ceremony, where the rest of the family and friends gathered together. Christine and Frank stood at the altar together and smiled widely through their vows. You could hear the emotion in both of their voices as they took their next step together. After being pronounced husband and wife, their guests cheered widely and Christine and Frank made their way back up the aisle. Everyone continued on to the reception at Finley Catering’s Ballroom at Ellis Preserve.
Outside the Ballroom
Christine and Frank posed for photos along the grand pillars in front of the venue. The greenery and stone from the building made for a great photo background. They were able to get some beautiful photos from Moffa Photography, despite some light rain!
Due to mandates because of the pandemic, Christine and Frank’s reception was held outside in a tent along the grounds. Finley Catering did an amazing job transforming a tent into a beautiful wedding reception. Elegant drapery hung down from the tent’s ceiling, adding a bit of extra decore to the area. Black table cloths, gold plates, and gold candles added to their charming set up. In the center of the area, the dance floor was placed over the grass.
Christine and Frank made their grand entrance outside of the ballroom. The columns shone with pink lighting as the two came out, cheering with their hands in the air. Christine held her bouquet overhead as the two made their way in and onto the dancefloor. They beamed as started dancing as their friends and family cheered them on.
Throughout the night, their guests made heartfelt speeches about how happy they were that Christine and Frank were able to celebrate their wedding. Christine and Frank show that opposites do attract and can bring out the best in one another. We wish you two so many more happy days together. Congratulations Christine and Frank!
