Hamilton Hall
Hamilton Hall is the Please Touch Museum’s primary reception venue. Within Hamilton Hall, you will find the four-story tall Statue of Liberty! Her arm and torch extend in this colorful, artistic statue. You will not find decor quite like this at any other wedding venue. Hamilton Hall also boasts 60 foot ceilings with spectacular architecture.
The Carousel House
Venturing further into the museum, you can find the Carousel House. Take a ride on the beautifully constructed carousel. Hand-carved animals sit atop this carousel, built originally in 1924. Along with a fun ride, the rebuilt carousel also makes for perfect photo opportunities. The handmade animals and details add a whimsical feature to your wedding day.
East Gallery
In the East Gallery, you will feel like Alice travelling through wonderland. Explore the mystic room filled with lily flower ponds and an indoor river. So many details go into the Please Touch Museum’s exhibits. When walking through the East Gallery, constructed clouds hang above and you will have to wander through a maze to get through. A gigantic tree sits within the gallery, with the Mad Hatter sitting within it. This Wonderland-esq Gallery is great for reception. You and your guests will find yourself celebrating right within Alice’s dream.
The West Gallery
If you are looking for something that feels more like classic Philadelphia, the West Gallery is a perfect fit. Ride on the SEPTA and get views of Philadelphia skyscrapers when you venture into this art gallery. Perfect for photo opportunities without the busy streets on Philadelphia.
