Happy Anniversary Samantha and Spencer!

On June 26th, Allure Films had the honor to be Samantha and Spencer’s wedding videographer in Philadelphia.  

We are celebrating their one year wedding anniversary!  We are so glad our team filmed their beautiful wedding day and captured so many heartwarming moments. They held the wedding at the lavish beautiful  Rittenhouse Hotel that overlooks  Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Rittenhouse Hotel is rated Four-Star because their team caters to every aspect of your wedding to make it an elegant and memorable event.

Samantha and Spencer were such a great couple to work with, and we are so glad our Allure Films team was able to record their special day. They shared their endearing story with us, as high school sweethearts, Samantha and Spencer have grown up together and learned to love each other more each year as time went on. Your spouse should be both your love and your best friend. Samantha and Spencer are both of these to each other, making them an amazing couple and such an honor to meet them.

While they exchanged vows, family and friends looked on with love & support. Beautiful flowers hung overhead on the chuppah.  A chuppah holds a beautiful tradition and symbolism. It represents the Jewish home with its four posts and its cloth canopy.  The gorgeous arrangement was from Evantine Design. When the two exchanged their first kiss as husband and wife, their guests erupted with applause.

During the reception, more of Evantine Design’s arrangements decorated the beautiful venue. Everyone mingled and hugged the bride and groom as they made their entrance. Our friends from Philip Gabriel Photography accompanied us and took great photos of the special day. The crowd of guests kept their feet moving to music from Empire Sound throughout the night. There was so much excitement, especially when the couple was lifted in the air during the hora. The Hora, or chair dance typically danced to the music of the traditional Jewish song. The bride and groom are often hoisted into the air on chairs while their friends and family dance in a circle around them. Such an awesome tradition!  

Their families welcomed each other with open arms and raved about having new family members that they are so grateful for.  Many people commented that they were their favorite couple. The reception was filled with hugs, heartfelt speeches, and of course, love.  You could feel the love in the air!

We had such a great time filming Samantha and Spencer’s wedding day for them. We are happy to know that they can always relive that day through their wedding film. These are special moments that capture the spirit of the day.  Congratulations again Samantha and Spencer! We know you have many more great memories to come. Happy anniversary!

Samantha and Spencer’s Wedding at the Rittenhouse!

Samantha and Spencer had a lovely wedding at the Rittenhouse. The two were full of smiles as they celebrated their special day. Samantha and Spencer have the perfect love story as high school sweethearts. Since meeting, they have been “two peas in a pod” and their love for each other brought them to their wedding day.

Samantha and Spencer’s friends have watched their relationship blossom form their high school days. During their speeches, they recounted how they were able to watch the couple’s love story unfold, and always knew that this day would come.

The good times kept rolling into the reception as Empire Sound entertained. Everyone got out on the dance floor and celebrated with the newlyweds. The Rittenhouse, of course, was put together perfectly with the help of Evantine Design. Our Allure Films team was grateful to film such a heartwarming and exciting day. Our friends from Philip Gabriel Photography also worked alongside us to take great photos for the bride and groom.

A Gorgeous Wedding at the Bellevue Hotel

Brielle and Chuck celebrated a beautiful Bellevue Hotel wedding. Arrangements Unlimited crafted a beautiful chuppah for them, covered in white, pink, and yellow flowers. After the ceremony, Brielle and Chuck enjoyed a cocktail hour, followed by the reception in the Bellevue’s main ballroom.

At the reception, Brielle and Chuck had an effortless first dance. After, their family and friends joined them together for the Hora where the energy picked up, with help from BVT Live’s Eddie Bruce Orchestra. We were so grateful to film such a fun-filled day for Brielle and Chuck. We worked alongside Phil Kramer and his team who photographed the big day.

From the bride’s dress, to the beautiful venue, to the impressive cake, the whole day was filled with elegance and glamour. Most importantly, though, we could feel the love between Brielle and Chuck on their special day. Our Allure Films team was so grateful to film this wedding.

A Heartfelt Wedding at the Kimmel Center

James and Kara dated for four years before tieing the knot at the Kimmel Center. Together, they read each other personalized vows. James chose a poem for Kara, mixed with funny anecdotes and heartfelt thoughts. James wrapped up his vows by saying, “Kara you mean everything in the world to me, you complete my life, it’s time to end this poem, so I can finally call you my wife.”

Their ceremony had many touching moments. Family members took turns wishing them well and helping to join them together. Holding back tears, Kara’s brother and best friend officially pronounced them husband and wife.  In between the ceremony and reception, the Kimmel Center transformed for the reception. All About Events made sure that everything went smoothly and beautifully for the happy couple. We also worked with Emily Wren Photography who helped capture this special day. For entertainment, BVT Live’s Jellyroll also performed at the reception. The loving atmosphere and excellent music kept everyone together on the dancefloor.

Our Allure Films team was so grateful to be a part of James and Kara’s day at the Kimmel Center.  We hope every day is filled with happiness and love. Congratulation Kara and James!

Happy Anniversary Shari and Ryan!

We want to wish a happy one year anniversary to Shari and Ryan! They will be celebrating their anniversary this upcoming weekend. After getting married at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, they continued their celebration at Cescaphe’s Downtown Club. We had the pleasure of working with our friends from Baiada Photography on this special day. Beautiful Blooms transformed the venue with their floral decor as well.

Our Allure Films team was happy to film Shari and Ryan’s special day and hope they look back this weekend on their memories from that day. We hope you have a wonderful weekend. Happy anniversary!

A Spectacular Wedding at the Ritz-Carlton

We love watching the excitement between couples when they finally reach their big day. At the Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia, Andrew and Rachel prepared for their  wedding. Throughout the whole day, the two could not stop smiling at each other. During their first look, it was easy to see the spark that led to this great day. Equally as excited, their friends and family stood by, cheering for their favorite couple.

Everyone celebrated together during the reception with entertainment from Philadelphia wedding band Onyx. However, before the celebration could begin, Lamsback Floral transformed the Ritz into a dream wedding scene for Andrew and Rachel.

Our team at Allure Films captured the wedding on film while our talented friends from Philip Gabriel Photography joined us in photographing the event. We were so lucky to be a part of such a grand event and see Andrew and Rachel come together as husband and wife. Their wedding day was filled with laughter, excitement, and hundreds of smiles. We wish all of these things to them in every day together.

A Scenic Outdoor Ceremony at The Logan

Surrounded by their biggest supporters, Michael and Heather got married at The Logan Hotel in Philadelphia. In an outdoor ceremony with lush grass, fountains. and flowers, Michael and Heather tied the knot.

Before joining together as husband and wife, each of them was fiercely loyal in their friendships. In the Maid of Honor’s speech, she told of Heather’s unyielding friendship and support throughout the years. The Best Man also spoke about Michael’s continuous support and how much of his best traits reflect in Heather. By enhancing their best qualities in each other, Heather and Michael found a love that will last forever.

After the ceremony, the crowd enjoyed a cocktail hour in the candlelit courtyard area. They then filtered into the connected Ballroom for the rest of the night. During the reception, The Eddie Bruce Orchestra entertained and had guests dancing the whole night. Our team at Allure Films captured this special day for the couple and are happy to give the bride and groom a way to watch their wedding in years to come. Our friends from Campli Photography joined us in photographing wedding memories for Michael and Heather.

Danielle and Sam’s Wedding Day at The Grove

Danielle and Sam have a connection that spans across state lines. When the two originally met, they lived hours away from each other, but that did not stop their growing feelings for each other. The two grew in their faith together and their love led them to their wedding day at The Grove in Cedar Grove, New Jersey.

Before the ceremony, Danielle and Sam each read a heartfelt letter from the other. Each person highlighted just how much the other meant to them, and knew they had a bright future together. Their two year relationship brought them to, as Danielle said in her letter, “officially the best day ever.” As they stood at the chuppah in ceremony, Danielle and Sam started their new lives together.

After the ceremony, the couple ecstatically celebrated with their family. Our team at Allure Films was lucky to capture all of their dancing, singing, and celebrating. Throughout the entire night, the couple could not stop smiling. Our friends from Philip Gabriel Photography also photographed the day’s festivities. We were honored to be a part of this wonderful occasion.

Tara and Anthony’s Elegant Wedding Day

After years of knowing each other, Tara and Anthony’s connection turned into everlasting love. Even when they were apart for a little while, Tara still held a place in Anthony’s heart. After finding an old mixtape she made for him years before, he realized his feelings never changed. Inspired by the music, Anthony knew this sign meant he should be with Tara. After reconnecting, the two tied the knot in St. Thomas of Villanova to start their future together.

After the ceremony, the newlyweds and guests went to the Rittenhouse Hotel for a reception. The beautiful Rittenhouse Hotel gave the couple indoor and outdoor accommodations for their stylish reception. After the couple’s breathtaking first dance,  Faze 4’s True Blue  entertained guests for the rest of the night.

Our Allure Films team was lucky enough to be a part of such an elegant day. We were honored to film these moments for Tara and Anthony. Our friends from Baida Photography also joined us by photographing all of the special moments.

Hillary Gordon and Andy Apfelbaum fell in love with The Ritz’s exquisite Grand Ballroom and perfect location right in the heart of Center City. Just seconds away from City Hall, The Ritz is a celebrated and newly renovated hotel with amazing vistas and beautiful architecture that makes for great backdrops for wedding day photographs.

Allure Films was there to record every breathtaking moment during Hillary and Andy’s wedding day. The creative visionaries of the Evantine Design team were responsible for transforming the Grand Ballroom from an intimate and romantic ceremony venue to a beautiful dining and dancing space in an instant.

Imagine the guests’ surprise when they stepped out of the Grand Ballroom for cocktail hour, only to be led right back into the same room for the reception which now looked completely different! We loved catching their faces on film as their jaws dropped in amazement.

EBE’s Dreamtime took charge of packing the dance floor with the guests and wedding party, including the adorable flower girls and ring bearers. In addition to the celebrated first dance and hora, Allure Films was able to document the traditional Mezinke dance, the crowning ceremony honoring the bride’s parents for marrying off their last child.
