The Ceremony at Saint Peter and Paul Basilica Cathedral
There is nothing more beautiful than a conventional wedding and a fun ceremony. Jennifer and Nick chose to have a traditional wedding ceremony at the Saint Peter and Paul Basilica Cathedral in Philadelphia. Their ceremony was elegant and timeless. The couple was surrounded by friends and family as they shared their vows and were pronounced husband and wife.
After the ceremony, Jennifer and Nick took some classic Philadelphia wedding pictures. These classic pictures include one of our favorite locations, city hall! No matter the time of day, City hall is a great place for wedding pictures. The city lights illuminate the couple, making for great shots at night.
The Reception at The Union League
After the ceremony, Jennifer and Nick, along with family and friends, made their way to the Union League for a great reception. The Union League offers many different event spaces to fit any size wedding party or event. Jennifer and Nick chose to have their reception in Lincoln Hall. Lincoln Hall, with portraits of all the League’s presidents, is viewed as a portrait gallery representing over 100 years of portraiture, mostly by Philadelphia artists.
Jennifer and Nick danced the night away with help from all of their loved ones. Speeches were made by Jennifer’s mother and best friend, along with Nick’s best man. The speeches were heartfelt and genuine, celebrating the union of Jennifer and Nick.
There was so much love throughout this special day, and our Allure Films team was so happy to be apart of it.

Dana and Vincent shared a beautiful wedding day together. They started the day getting ready at the Logan Hotel. After preparing for the big day, they made their way to the church. After saying “I do,” the two made their way into center city for their reception. With the view of City Hall in the background, Morby Photography snapped joyful photographs of the newlyweds.
After the photo ops, everyone made their way inside for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Dana and Vincent celebrated at The Lucy by Cescaphe. With twinkling gold accents and a romantic setting, The Lucy was a perfect venue choice.
Everyone had a blast at the reception. Dana and Vincent danced with all of their guests and could not stop smiling. Each side of the newly connected families gave heartfelt speeches to the bride and groom. We are so honored that our Allure Films team could capture such a heartfelt day.

We want to wish a happy one year anniversary to Shari and Ryan! They will be celebrating their anniversary this upcoming weekend. After getting married at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, they continued their celebration at Cescaphe’s Downtown Club. We had the pleasure of working with our friends from Baiada Photography on this special day. Beautiful Blooms transformed the venue with their floral decor as well.

Sara and Kristopher are a couple that’s been through it all. From Nashville to West Chester, this couple’s love persevered through every major life change. Even miles away, they always connected in the morning and night to be the beginning and end of each other’s days. After all the time apart, Sara and Kristopher moved back to West Chester to start their lives together.
The two married in St. Agnes Church in their new home town and had their reception at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square. The two happily joined together during the ceremony after listening to the priest’s wisdom on how to grow in love and make “a little heaven” in their home. Sara and Kristopher had a beautiful ceremony followed by whistles and cheers from the guests. The excitement carried on as they departed to the reception at the scenic Ellis Preserve.
Sparks literally flew at the reception as the newlyweds and guests lit sparklers to celebrate. In the midst of all the fun, family members from both sides made speeches welcoming the couple into their newly joined family. Our team at Allure Films was lucky to witness all of the love and support this couple received on their big day. Our friends from Baida Photography also did a great job taking photos for the bride and groom throughout the day. As the night went on, everyone celebrated Sara and Kristopher’s new start together.

After years of knowing each other, Tara and Anthony’s connection turned into everlasting love. Even when they were apart for a little while, Tara still held a place in Anthony’s heart. After finding an old mixtape she made for him years before, he realized his feelings never changed. Inspired by the music, Anthony knew this sign meant he should be with Tara. After reconnecting, the two tied the knot in St. Thomas of Villanova to start their future together.
After the ceremony, the newlyweds and guests went to the Rittenhouse Hotel for a reception. The beautiful Rittenhouse Hotel gave the couple indoor and outdoor accommodations for their stylish reception. After the couple’s breathtaking first dance, Faze 4’s True Blue entertained guests for the rest of the night.
Our Allure Films team was lucky enough to be a part of such an elegant day. We were honored to film these moments for Tara and Anthony. Our friends from Baida Photography also joined us by photographing all of the special moments.

Lindsay and Brian’s wedding party traveled in and out of Philadelphia for the big day. Starting out at the gorgeous Hotel Monaco, the bridal party prepared for the ceremony. After dressing up and applying finishing touches, they traveled to St. Thomas of Villanova.
A large party of family and friends came to celebrate the beautiful and elegant wedding day. Guests dabbed at happy tears as they watched their friends exchange vows. When the priest finally announced them as husband and wife, the church roared with excitement.
Our team at Allure Films followed the wedding party and guests all over the city that day. We road the trolley with the wedding party to the reception at Cescaphe Event Group’s luxurious Downtown Club. The unique reception venue shows beautiful views of Philadelphia from the windows. Guests can gaze out at historic Independence Hall from the venue, only seventy five feet away. EBE Talent performed at the reception and kept guests singing and celebrating out on the dance floor.
Throughout the night, we were lucky to film numerous touching speeches from the newlyweds’ family members. Their kind words showed how excited everyone is that their favorite couple finally got married.

Everyone knows one of the keys to a good relationship is being able to have fun together. Throughout their wedding day, entertaining moments showcased Karen and Matt’s personalities. They tied the knot at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Glassboro, New Jersey and celebrated their reception at the Crystal Tea Room in Philadelphia.
With wedding day nerves, Matt accidentally said, “I, Karen” when starting his vows. Laughter spread throughout the church and nervousness turned into hilarity. After the mishap, Karen said this moment made everything so much better. The rest of the ceremony went off without a hitch. Family and friends watched this special couple come together as one.
Our Allure Films team captured all of these wonderful wedding moments on video. Our partners at Philip Gabriel Photography took photos of the endless smiles throughout the day. We followed the wedding party to their reception venue at the Crystal Tea Room. This beautiful venue gave the couple a gorgeous space to continue their celebration. BVT Live’s Jellyroll Band kept the fun going with entertainment that kept everyone on the dance floor.

Before a big move to Sweden, Jackie and Tommy tied the knot at Our Mother of Good Counsel Parish and had their reception at the Overbrook Golf Club. In front of family and friends, the couple exchanged vows. They promised to “become one” and take on anything the future may hold.
After the ceremony, the party relocated for the reception. Out on the golf green, Light Work Photography took some stunning photos of the newlyweds. Our team at Allure Films captured the exciting day on film from ceremony to reception.
Inside, the couple shared their first dance as husband and wife. Guests then shared touching stories and speeches about the bride and groom. Although she was sad to see her go, Jackie’s best friend said she was also happy to see the pair make their next step toward the future.

As we enter into the summer wedding season, it is important that we do not forget some of the beautiful weddings of couples who were married in the winter. Amy & Scott’s romantic winter wedding is definitely one for the books, and Allure Films had a blast capturing every second of it!
The two were married in a traditional Catholic ceremony held at St. John the Evangelist before heading over to the reception that followed at Finley Catering’s Crystal Tea Room. Evantine Design created all the beautiful floral arrangements and décor seen throughout the ballroom, which perfectly complemented the stunning chandeliers and soaring ceilings. As our crew was filming throughout the day, Alison Conklin was also there to photograph all the incredible moments and scenery from beginning to end.
EBE’s band Dreamtime had everyone busting a move on the dance floor, including the youngest members of the bridal party: the adorable flower girls and ring bearer. Aside from dancing the night away, everyone was treated to a delicious meal and touching speeches dedicated to the couple of the day.

For Allie & Dan, the little beach town of Avalon, New Jersey is more than just a place where they spend their summers soaking up the sun. It’s where they met each other and found their soulmate for life.
Five years ago, Allie met Dan at a party in Avalon, and from that moment on the pair were inseparable. Recently, the couple started a new chapter together by officially tying the knot and becoming husband and wife.
The bride and groom were married in a lovely Catholic ceremony at St. Patrick’s in Malvern, PA. The space was filled with beautiful floral arrangements by Tish Long.
Do any of Allie’s bridesmaids look familiar? That’s because Allure Films bride Meggie happens to be Allie’s sister and bridesmaid! As a filmmaker, it is a very unique experience when we are asked to document the different weddings of siblings within the same family. Photographer David Campli of Campli Photography was also there to capture all those amazing moments throughout the day.
The wedding ceremony was followed by a relaxing outdoor cocktail hour held at Springton Manor Farm. During cocktail hour the couple’s guests were able to drink, mingle, and take in the beautiful scenery of the property before sitting down for a delicious main course catered by J. Scott Catering. Everyone at the reception was on their feet the whole night dancing to an incredible set by the band The Heartbeats.
