A Magical Horticulture Center Wedding

From the moment Morgan took her first step down the aisle to meet her future husband, Justin, their wedding felt like something out of a storybook.

Philadelphia-based wedding planners Lauren James Events played a huge role in helping the bride and groom’s fairytale wedding dreams come to life. After a classic car ride from her childhood home to Fairmount Park, Morgan met Justin under a stunning wrought-iron archway wrapped in flowers and vines. The couple exchanged heartfelt vows to one another in front of their friends and family in the midst of the majestic and whimsical gardens of the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center.

After the ceremony, the princess bride and her prince were taken away on a horse-drawn carriage to join their loved ones for a magical evening of celebration. Their reception was held underneath a tent on the Horticulture Center property, filled with violet- and lavender-colored florals designed from the vision of Petah Bashano Event Design.

Not only were the decorations stunning, but one decoration in particular was looking especially delicious! The Donut Tree (yes, you read that right!) was definitely a hot spot for photos and satisfying your sweet tooth after the main course. Philip Gabriel Photography captured several great shots around The Donut Tree, as well as countless beautiful moments throughout the evening.

When the wedding party and guests weren’t chatting and reminiscing about stories of the bride and groom, they were dancing the night away to the sensational musical performance by The Vincent James Band.

Fireworks capped off the magical evening, and Morgan and Justin were caught stealing more than one kiss in the middle of the show! Congratulations to the happy couple, and best wishes for a life of happiness together!

A Fresh & Fun Greek Wedding At Front & Palmer

The Allure Films team had a blast being a part of Ali and Matt’s Greek wedding in Philadelphia! This fun couple and beautiful venue made the day unforgettable.

It was clear that our bride, groom, and all of their guests were having an amazing time celebrating! It was a pleasure capturing some special moments between our bride and groom in the City of Brotherly Love. We know that all of these special moments (big & small) add up to build amazing memories.

After a rehearsal dinner at Estia, a popular Greek restaurant in the heart of Center City, Ali and Matt tied the knot at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church. This was followed up with an amazing reception at Front & Palmer, named one of America’s top 45 wedding venues by Brides.com. This unique and modern venue sure has a lot to offer!

After a few heartfelt words for the newlyweds, guests enjoyed a memorable evening of delectable food, dancing, and of course, lots of cake! Who doesn’t love cake?

Winter weddings are becoming more and more popular every year. We’re so lucky to live in a city with tons of gorgeous indoor venues to house your wintry celebration, like the Kimmel Center in the heart of Philadelphia!

This beautiful performing arts center boasts soaring glass ceilings and unbeatable views of the city, as well as multiple spaces within the venue that can be customized to fit your every need. Situated on the Avenue of the Arts, its location provides perfect access to all of Philadelphia’s best spots for a photo shoot. Get the tissues ready – you’ll certainly need them for Diana and Simon’s heartfelt vows!

This adoring couple tied the knot at The Rittenhouse Hotel in the heart of Philadelphia’s most prestigious neighborhood. This picturesque venue is breathtaking to begin with, but paired with the beautiful stylings of Lamsback Floral Decorators, it was transformed into a scene right out of a fairytale.

We were thrilled when Diana and Simon asked Allure Films to document their big day. It was a pleasure being a part of such a fun and romantic wedding. Family and friends were swept off their feet from beginning to end. Guests had nothing but sweet stories to share about our bride and groom.

What Are The Top Wedding Photo Locations In Philadelphia?

Allure Films has had the privilege of attending countless weddings throughout Philadelphia. We’re thrilled that so many couples have chosen us to document their special day!

One of the first questions that most of our couples ask during their initial wedding video consultation is, “What are the most popular wedding photo locations in Philadelphia?” It’s an excellent question to ask, since Philly is full of incredible places to steal kisses with your partner for life!

Fortunately, some of the top wedding photo locations are situated right in the heart of the city. Take a look at this clip from a summer wedding where we were able to capture stunning images of the happy couple in Rittenhouse Square, at the Art Museum, on Broad Street, and in front of the Academy of Music:

The Art Museum is arguably one of the most iconic landmarks in Philadelphia. Most people recognize it thanks to the infamous “Rocky pose,” but hidden within its nooks and crannies are countless stunning photo opportunities other than just throwing two fists in the air!

With City Hall in the background and a conveniently located median, most of our couples request a stop along Broad Street. It’s the perfect place for a romantic dip-and-kiss photo; despite the city traffic crawling by on either side, the world seems to stand still and focus on the two of you.

Rittenhouse Square is a tree-lover’s paradise. Flowering bushes are shaded by centuries-old branches. Fountains and sculptures pop out of hidden corners. You and your new Mr. or Mrs. will feel like you’re lost in a never-ending garden, as the city noise seems to fade away.

Philadelphia has such a rich history. Many street lamps are still lit by gas-fueled flames, like the Academy of Music. Built 160 years ago, this stunning structure has seen performances by some of the most infamous musicians and performers of its time. Add a bit of your own story to its history by snapping a few photos in front of its façade.

You’ll Fall In Love With These Ravishing Rittenhouse Wedding Moments

How perfect is this wedding?

Carly and Joe shared a fabulous & fun Philly wedding with the Allure Films team. We enjoyed capturing many candid moments, from the couple’s first reveal to the killer dance moves! Carly and Joe’s big day was filled with unforgettable moments.

Their wedding festivities took place at The Rittenhouse. Located in the heart of Philadelphia, and surrounded by breathtaking views, The Rittenhouse alone is sure to sweep you off your feet.

Now, pair this venue with the amazing stylings of Lamsback Floral Decorators, and you will surely be amazed! From the dazzling decor of the chuppa, to the elegant dining designs, Carly and Joe shared a perfect fairytale wedding.

Guests dined and danced late into the evening as they celebrated this wonderful couple. BVT Live’s very own Sid Miller Dance Band kept the dance floor packed, and the party going! What a fabulous celebration!

Victoria & Thomas’ Picture Perfect Wedding In Philadelphia

Nothing beats a wedding in Philadelphia. Take one look at these photos and you’ll see why!

Victoria and Thomas shared a picture perfect wedding day as they visited some of the most noteworthy spots throughout Center City. There were SO many special, and scenic moments to document, which is why we are thrilled our friends from Philip Gabriel Photography were also a part of this day!

The fun started early in the morning, as the bride and groom prepared for the ceremony. It was wonderful to watch Victoria’s dad see her in her gown for the first time!

The whole morning was filled with smiles, from Victoria’s reaction to her bouquet, to Thomas enjoying a quiet moment reading a note from his future wife and receiving a beautiful new watch. These are truly once in a lifetime moments that we know Victoria and Thomas will not soon forget, especially since the Allure Films team was there to document the whole thing.

Victoria and Thomas said their “I do’s” at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Rittenhouse Square. The Rolls Royce that brought Victoria to the cathedral was gorgeous, but not nearly as stunning as the blushing bride!

After the ceremony, the couple made their way to the Hyatt At The Bellevue, stopping along the way to vist some of the city’s most historic spots and romantic gardens.

Everyone’s jaws dropped when we first set foot in the Hyatt. With stunning décor by Lamsback Floral Decorators, the backdrop for the rest of Victoria and Thomas’ evening was truly a sight for all to see.

The evening was spent enjoying fine food, a fantastic couple, and incredible music by one of our favorite bands, as our friends from Jellyroll did a phenomenal job keeping all of the guests on their feet. What’s not to love?
